Delivers as promised No excuse for dirty outdoor windows. Not perfect but best I have tried for the level of effort. Should be available in more stores. Can't find this product locally. This is why I am checking on line. Best to use product when sun is not on the windows. Trust the directions. Use as directed. May 20, 2013

Good luck Not a bad product...good luck trying to find replacement pads. Windex lists a handful do stores...all sold cleaner...but no pads. By the way Windex...you owe me $10 for gas. May 18, 2013

WORKED GREAT WOULD BUY OVER AND OVER AGAIN. THE HANDLE WAS LITE BUT COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE LONGER TO REACH OVER BUSHES. IT DIDN'T SEEM LIKE 11FT. LOVE IT ANYWAY. May 14, 2013

Excellent Product I love the product. Makes washing the windows so much easier. This is the 3rd year I have it, but have not been able to find the refill pads. Walmart did not have them. Any ideas? May 13, 2013

Cleans outdoor windows in three
easy steps:

SPRAY window and cleaning pad with garden hose.
WIPE window with cleaning pad.
RINSE window with garden hose. No need to hand-dry.

To assemble:

Open starter kit, which includes one cleaning head, one handle, four 1-ft (30-cm) pole sections and one cleaning pad.
Insert and twist pole sections and handle together.
Attach Windex™ cleaning pad to the textured strips on the cleaning head.

Not recommended for automobiles.
To avoid injuries and property damage, do not use with any other cleaning pads or products.
Do not use the product while standing on a ladder or elevated surface.
Avoid newly sealed asphalt.
Avoid cleaning pad with sand, gravel or other particulates that may scratch windows.
If cleaner comes in contact with sensitive plants, rinse thoroughly with water.
Avoid touching eyes if product is on hands. In case of eye contact, rinse eyes thoroughly with water for 20 minutes. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.
Contains surfactants.
To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock or injury, do not allow cleaning pad or water to contact electrical circuits.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.

product. Results may vary based on water quality.
