Q: Why do my paper towels leave an opaque residue?
A: Some paper towels are treated to be ultra-absorbent and may leave a white or opaque residue when cleaning glass surfaces. Try using an untreated paper towel or lint-free cloth. Remember to avoid using fabric softener when washing cleaning cloths – this product can also leave marks on the glass.
Q: I have large windows and always have to move quickly to wipe away the drips before they reach the windowsill. How can I let the product sit before wiping it off while avoiding dripping?
A: Great question! To clean large windows, mirrors, or sliding glass doors, you can divide the surface into sections. Start at the top left, spray with product, then wipe off the cleaning solution before moving on to the other section. Clean the entire window clockwise. You'll have enough time to catch the drips.
